1. 是什么

1. What it is

• BNB Smart Chain 上的 meme 项目，四档阶梯铸造，1 份 = 112,500 $DIAO。
• 准入：必须持有 Binance Agent ID（链上 .ai 名字）。一个 ID 一份额度（10 份），没有 ID 的钱包一份也买不了；额度记在名字上，换钱包也拿不到新额度。
• Access — you must hold a Binance Agent ID (an on-chain .ai name). One ID, one allowance of 10 shares: a wallet without one cannot buy a single share, and the allowance is booked against the name, so moving to another wallet does not refill it.
• 严格按顺序开放：上一档卖完，下一档才开。免费档 1,001 份没领完，付费档一分钱也买不了。
• 前 1,001 份免费，每 ID 1 份；被邀请人通过你的链接完成首份领取后，你的额度变成 2 份。两份免费都只能在前 1,001 份内领，免费档卖完就没了。
• A meme project on BNB Smart Chain, minted in four tiers. 1 share = 112,500 $DIAO.
• Strictly sequential: a tier opens only when the previous one is completely sold out. Until all 1,001 free shares are claimed, nothing paid is available.
• The first 1,001 shares are free, one per ID. Once someone claims their first share through your invite link, your allowance becomes two. Both free shares must be claimed inside the first 1,001 — once the free tier is gone, they are gone.

• Tax: 1% on buys (to the vault); 2% on sells (1% burned + 1% to the vault); transfers between wallets are tax-free. Rates, vault and router are hard-coded — no one can change them after deployment
• Fund split: 80% of mint proceeds is locked into the PancakeSwap pool by the contract at launch and the LP is burned — there is no withdraw path; 20% goes to operations. The team decides when to open the pool; there is no timer in the contract

• 免费份每 ID 1 份；被邀请人首次领取后邀请人 +1，只付 gas，单 ID 最多 2 份，且必须在前 1,001 份内领完。
• 每个 Agent ID 上限 10 份（含免费份）；没有截止时间——8,888 份售罄，或由团队宣布发射，销售即结束。
• 开档闸门：unlockBps = 10000，即上一档必须卖完。免费档 1,001 份全部领完，付费第一档才开放。
• One free share per Agent ID; the inviter gets +1 once an invitee makes their first claim. Gas only, two per ID max, and both must be claimed while the free tier still has shares.
• Max 10 shares per Agent ID including the free one. There is no deadline — the sale ends when all 8,888 shares are gone, or when the team calls the launch.
• Gate: unlockBps = 10000 — the previous tier must be completely sold out. All 1,001 free shares must be claimed before any paid tier opens.

• 每笔付款的 80% 留在销售合约，只能用于建池，没有任何提取路径；剩下 20% 归团队，用于后续运营。
• 8,888 份售罄或团队宣布发射后，由团队调用 seedPool()：这 80% 的 BNB 加 200,000,000 $DIAO 直接打进 PancakeSwap V2，LP 立刻送进黑洞，谁也抽不走。
• 未售出的 $DIAO 销毁、不退款；实募为 0（没人付过钱）则没有池子可建。
• 80% of every payment stays in the sale contract and can only ever go into the pool — there is no withdraw path. The remaining 20% goes to the team for ongoing operations.
• Once all 8,888 shares are gone, or the team calls the launch, the team calls seedPool(): that 80% of BNB plus 200,000,000 $DIAO goes straight into the PancakeSwap V2 pair and the LP is sent to the dead address.
• Unsold $DIAO is burned, no refunds; if nothing was raised (nobody paid), there is nothing to seed.

What follows is not a selling point — it is what we know can go wrong.

• 未做第三方审计。18 项合约测试和本地全流程演练都跑过，但那不等于审计。
• No third-party audit yet. 18 contract tests and a full local rehearsal have run, but that is not an audit.
• 严格按顺序是双刃剑。免费档 1,001 份必须全部领完，付费档才会开；差一份都开不了。团队可以自己把剩下的免费份领掉来解锁（只花 gas）。
• Sequencing cuts both ways. All 1,001 free shares must be claimed before any paid tier opens — one short and nothing sells. The team can claim the remainder itself (gas only) to unlock.
• 准入门槛挡住没有 ID 的人。启用 Agent ID 校验后，还没领 .ai 名字的钱包一份也买不了；注册表本身出问题，销售也会暂停。
• The gate blocks anyone without an ID. With Agent ID verification on, wallets without an .ai name cannot buy at all, and a registry malfunction pauses the sale too.
• 发射靠团队触发。合约里没有定时器；团队不调 seedPool()，就不会有二级市场，那 80% 也一直留在合约里（取不走，也进不了池）。
• Launch is team-triggered. There is no timer in the contract. If the team never calls seedPool(), no market exists and that 80% simply sits in the contract — it cannot be withdrawn, and it cannot enter the pool on its own.
• 卖出 2% 的税会劝退一部分人。短线成本变高；一些行情工具和聚合器会自动过滤带税代币。
• A 2% sell tax turns some buyers away. Short-term trading costs more, and some aggregators and charting tools filter taxed tokens automatically.
• 薄池子波动大。募集少的时候池子就浅，同样的买单能推动更大的价格。
• Thin pools move fast. A small raise means a shallow pool, and the same buy moves the price much further.
• 继承 BSC 与 PancakeSwap 的风险。我们只使用它们的公开合约，不控制它们的可用性与安全。
• It inherits BSC and PancakeSwap risk. We only use their public contracts; we do not control their uptime or security.
